What size businesses do you work with?

How far do you travel for on-site support?
We're based in Ormond Beach and provide on-site support within about 60 miles — all of Volusia and Flagler counties, plus St. Augustine, Palatka, Sanford, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Winter Park, Orlando and Titusville. Much of what we do — Microsoft 365, security, device management, monitoring and support — is delivered remotely, so we also support clients anywhere in the US.
Are you available 24/7?
Your systems are monitored around the clock, and alerts come straight to our team. Day-to-day help is by phone, email and our client portal, and we're reachable for urgent issues when you need us.
Do you work with medical and dental practices?
Yes. We help practices keep the front desk, phones and systems running, and design security around HIPAA Security Rule safeguards. We sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with practices whose patient data we may access, and the Microsoft services and support platform we use are covered by Microsoft's own HIPAA BAA.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
